If I ever find myself in a position where I’m not comfortable moving forward with a task, I will communicate that respectfully and let you know that I may not be the right fit for the job. Additionally, in the door industry, some parts and doors may be discontinued or difficult to obtain. Your understanding is appreciated as we navigate these challenges together. 

 A standard fee of $100 applies for traveling to your location to assess your door and opener. This fee does not include parts. You will receive an itemized list of any necessary parts and their costs. Please note that some repairs may require ordering parts and cannot be completed on the same day. If a follow-up visit is needed, I do not charge an additional fee for that return trip. 

 To provide an accurate quote, I need to inspect your existing garage doors and openers. Since each opening and home is unique, it's essential for me to take measurements and evaluate the job site in person. This ensures that I can give you the most precise estimate possible. I charge a fee of $50 for this service, during which I provide you with all the details about your existing garage doors in case you decide to explore other options. If you choose to purchase new doors with us, I will deduct that $50 from your final bill. 

  We offer professional removal and disposal of old garage door openers and doors when new replacements are required. Most garage door openers can be installed in a single day, and new garage door installations are typically completed within 1 to 3 days, depending on the scope of the project.
